Welcome to AC BLAZE AS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AC BLAZE AS mobile application (the "App") and related services provided by AC BLAZE AS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. LEGAL ENTITY & ACCEPTANCE

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The App is owned and operated by:

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION

The App is intended for an adult audience for entertainment purposes only.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

No Real Money Gambling: The App does not offer "real money gambling" or an opportunity to win real money or physical prizes. Practice or success at social gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.

3. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND ITEMS

The App includes virtual, in-game currency ("Virtual Coins") and virtual items.

• No Monetary Value: Virtual Coins and items have no real-world value. They cannot be redeemed for "real world" money, goods, or other items of monetary value from the Company or any other party.
• Limited License: Your purchase of Virtual Currency is a purchase of a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use those items within the App.
• Non-Refundable: All sales of Virtual Currency are final. No refunds will be given, except at our sole discretion or as required by law.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, names, stories, dialogue, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, and the AC BLAZE AS brand/logo) are owned by AC BLAZE AS.

We reserve all rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with our App.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the App.
• Use any "cheat," "exploit," or "automation software" to modify the gameplay experience.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AC BLAZE AS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AC BLAZE AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
