These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AC BLAZE AS mobile application (the "Service"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Owner and Operator

The Service is owned and operated by AC BLAZE AS, Grensen 1, 0159 Oslo, Norway (Organization Number: 993 581 992).

2. Description of the Service

AC BLAZE AS is a collection of casual mini-games, including Match-3, Memory, and Mahjong Solitaire. The application is designed for offline use and does not require an account or internet connection for its core gameplay.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Application on your mobile device for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Application, including but not limited to game mechanics, graphics, design, and code, are the exclusive property of AC BLAZE AS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Application without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable local or international laws.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of the Application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL MOBILE DEVICES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AC BLAZE AS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED 100 EUR (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY), REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL BASIS OF THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Application after the "Last Updated" date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
